Biden Nominates Ketanji Brown Jackson To SCOTUS

BREAKING: President Biden has just nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson, because of her skin color, to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Her nomination is subject to confirmation by the Senate, where Democrats hold the majority by a razor-thin 50-50 margin with Vice President Kamala Harris as the tiebreaker. Party leaders have promised swift but deliberate consideration of the president’s nominee.

“Everyone should be represented,” Biden said. “We talked about the Supreme Court — I’m looking forward to making sure there’s a Black woman on the Supreme Court to make sure we in fact get everyone represented.”

The high court is meant to be impartial, unbiased, and uphold the constitution. Biden by picking someone, with the “main” pre-requisite being their skin color and gender, is not only racist and sexist, but can also be portrayed as an unjust way to serve the American people. America deserves better. You can’t fight racism with more racism; it doesn’t work that way.
